Many students with low to mid-tier grade point averages and test scores excel in extracurricular community and personal areas of their lives, indicating they have the discipline to succeed in college if provided with a network of support and the necessary financial resources.

Support Options 4 College (SO4C), a community-based nonprofit organization serves high school seniors by helping them transition from high school to college. SO4C provides the support and financial resources students need to succeed in college. Assisting young people in realizing their educational goals is a significant part of the work of SO4C.

To ensure that young people and their parents/guardians take full advantage of the guidance and resources that SO4C offers, they are encouraged to register with SO4C at the beginning of their junior or senior year. SO4C is also dedicated to students currently enrolled in college. Below is the student registration form to be completed by the student and parent/guardian.
